Employment Status: Freelance vs CPLS Employed

Tratto dalla mail "MCT Renewal Updates" di Ken Rosen, WW Program Manager, MCT, inviata dopo il rinnovo della certificazione:

"Shortly after renewals complete, we will launch the new MCT Community Center. Although it will be available to all MCTs, some modules will be in pilot and limited to a smaller audience. Specifically, there will be a module that enables CPLS partners to identify and engage with freelance MCTs, and in order for you to be eligible to participate in the pilot as a freelance instructor, you must be registered as a freelance MCT when you renew in April. I realize that many freelance MCTs register as CPLS Staff in order to claim the CPLS discount—you may do so, but realize that by doing so, you will be ineligible to participate in the pilot as a freelance instructor (the pilot will last 6-9 months, after which you will be able to change your employment status in the tool at any time). Note that participation in the pilot is not guaranteed—there will be limited space and we will hold a number of seats for first-come/first-served participation. We will send out an invitation in May when renewals are complete with more information."

In altre parole, se sei un MCT freelance, dal mese prossimo, ti conviene di più NON essere associato ad un CPLS.

Thats'all falks!
